black binding with top and back purflings, spoked abalone
rosette, premier ebony bridge, fingerboard and peghead
veneers. These are priced with Mahogany back & sides,
Sitka spruce top and deluxe arch top case.

This is the one that started it all – the original Breedlove guitar, and still one of our most popular models. The asymmetrical peghead and bridge-shape unmistakably say "Breedlove." And so does the sound, with rich, resonant bass, sweet, crisp treble and mid-range tones, and outstanding projection that results from the shallow body depth of 4-1/6 inches.

The C10, C12 & C15 are available in our full selection of tone woods, and is especially popular in maple. Other options include a twelve-string version and the signature Breedlove "sharp" cutaway (C12), which gives better access to the upper end of the fingerboard as well as adding visual interest. The C15 soft cutaway version is also available.

Concert Shallow Body Statistics
Relative size: Grand concert or OM sized guitar.

Tonal Characteristics: Clear, balanced and precise with a rich, resonant bass response. Great projection, due to the shallow depth. Fabulous for fingerstyle.
