Subject: Re: Fwd: geared tuners for an old fiddle

Sandy,

Steve Perry for Folk of the Wood. I haven't seen any
greared tuners in any of my catalogs. I usually pull
them out and fit normal pegs. The best geared system
is sold by www.pegheds.com. Great product.
Expensive!

Steve Perry

I have an old fiddle with geared tuners. One of them is worn out.I can tune it but have to force the gear
with a tool then it will lock in place. Is it possible to get relacements.
I believe this to be early 1900's. Otherwise fiddle is great. Love your website,
Thanks, Sandy
