Notes: This Alternating Roll Pattern Chordal Study, using seventh chords and minor chords, demonstrates how good guitar can sound unaccompanied with only a flatpick. All of the supporting alternating bass patterns seem to give this progression a fullness not normally achieved when strumming or picking single lines on a mandolin. Again, this Alternating Roll Pattern is very effective for backing up vocalists and other instrumentalists.
