Notes: Be careful to play with the proper down and up strokes...Use your thumb and index fingers...and the thumb should be playing all of the quarter notes...along with the first note of a pair of eighth notes...the only upstrokes, with your index finger, fall on the eighth notes within the following measures: 4, 8, 10, 11 and 16. The first notes, of the pair of eighth notes in the 10 and 11 measures, are played with a downstroke thumb, and the second notes are played with upstrokes first finger (index).
