I have a Dobro resophonics guitar Serial #6346, I believe it was purchased new in 1935 by my father-in-law. It is black with gold trim and round face. It is still in the original case.I am interested in obtaining a price for trade in.please contact me at scott@gci-net.com

Greetings,

You may have a real jewel on your hands...I would prefer to have it properly appraised before offering you a trade-in value...This will ensure that you're not undercutting yourself. Some vintage dobros are worth quite a bit...and, others are worth little as compared. Yours sounds like it has some family history...if you're currently playing it...and making use of it, you might consider holding on to it...these are not being made today...

I'd like to make this work for you in your best interest...

Mickey
