Your First Scale Studies (Key of A)

Following are studies in the Key of A...these can be fairly advanced...so take your time in your efforts to learn these patterns. With these scale studies, you will be developing both your left and right hand dexterity. You will become far more proficient at learning new material or taking on any musical setting challenge.

Notes: On octave mandolin, be careful to use a comfortable fingering...the fifth and sixth fret notes should be reached by the little finger of the fretting hand.

2nd Fret = First Finger
4th Fret = Third Finger
5th Fret = Fourth Finger
