I absolutely love it! First, it's just a beautiful piece of craftsmanship. Second, it has a warm, rich sound. And third, it's so easy to play! I thank you for the opportunity to own one of these lovely instruments and I'm sure sometime in the future, to do business with you again. Cindy Date: Thu, 30 Sep 1999 Just to let you know that I was very pleased with my new dulcimer...I couldn't have bought a nicer one. Thanks again for the wonderful business, Debra Dick Date: Sat, 17 Apr 1999 Hi Mickey, The dulcimer (Folkcraft Solid Cherry Hourglass Dulcimer) came today and it is simply beautiful. I am really pleased with it. Thank you so much for the beginner's book. I hope that I can master this beautiful instrument. Again thanks. Vicki S. Anderson Date: Mon, 10 May 1999 Mickey, The Folkcraft Walnut dulcimer arrived via UPS today... everything was in one piece! (I wondered when I saw the box, but the contents were fine! After a brief tuning session, things sound pretty good... and the dulcimer looks terrific! Thanks! Tom McConnell Date: Sun, 12 Sep 1999 Mickey, No problem with the delay in the emails... 200 a day takes a while to read much less respond to. I went to my first Dulcimer festival this weekend. What a time I had. There were many dealers there with their custom made and factory mades including several "Other Brands". I have now named my Folkcraft FSH dulcimer. Her name is "Ginni". What does naming my dulcimer have to do with anything? Just like with dogs, I never name anything until I plan on keeping it. I guess I was comparing Ginni before to my guitars as far a volume and action was concerned. I played several of those other and then I knew Ginni was a keeper. In my book the "The Other Brands" just did not compare. Sad news is there was not a Folkcraft dealer there at all. All those folks didn't have a good comparison. Oh well maybe I'll become a part time Folkcraft dealer and carry some good ones to the local festivals. One of the instructors played Ginni. Wow talk about in the masters hands. He had been playing 25 years. Ginni really sang in his hands... now she expects that from me too.... maybe one day! I did some advertising for you while I was there. Hope you get some sales from it. Thanks for all the help you have been giving me. I will be buying another in a year or so... not so much to keep Ginni company but so I don't have to keep retuning from DAA to DAD... Thanks again God Bless... Curron |
