Beard Dobro® Capo

How to Use This Capo

1. Loosen the Tension Adjustment Nut. (Do Not Remove Nut)

2. While holding the Capo parallel to the strings, slip the rubber tubing between the 3rd and 4th strings.

3. Rotate Capo one-quarter turn and align the front of the bone edge over the center of the fret you wish to capo to. The white bone edge should be facing the bridge of the Dobro. (See Illustration Below)

4. Tighten the tension adjustment nut just until each string sounds clean. Do not overtighten.

Be careful: Do not drop capo or bone edge may chip or break.

Maintenance:
Occasionally you may need to sand the bone edge with sandpaper and a flat block to remove any grooves caused by the strings. Sand a slight angle or edge as pictured on Beard instructional page. (See Illustration Below)
