The all new KM-675S, Made in China, is hand-carved and graduated from the finest mountain spruce and Northern maple. It has been nearly ten years since we have been able to offer such a superb instrument at this price point.

The tops and backs begin as quarter-sawn wedgs of wood nearly one inch thick. After careful selection, all contours are carved and final graduation takes place. The tone bars are precisely dimensioned to produce a rich, powerful tone. The neck/body joint is done in the traditional manner between the 13th and 18th frets. The scale length is the standard 13 7/8".

After assembly, the completed body and neck are stained in an artistic Cremona brown sunburst and finished with a durable high gloss lacquer. Kentucky Mandolins continue to be today's best value in handmade professional quality mandolins.

Tradd....I happily received the Kentucky KM-675 mandolin you recommended
yesterday. It was very well packed and arrived in great shape. I am
usually very skeptical about purchasing used items based upon a sales
person's verbal description over the phone, but I soon found there was no
reason to be with y'all at FOTW. It's a good little player and was nicely
set up. I was surprised at the tone and sustain from a mandolin of this
caliber. While not a Breedlove or Weber, there is nothing lacking in it's
voice and playability. Mickey's video is very complete and leaves me with
no questions.

Thanks very much...I'm sure we'll be talking again.
