The Bitterroot is Montana's state flower, whose fleshy roots were used extensively as food by the Indians, Lewis and Clark, and the mountain men that followed. The Bitteroot Mountains follow the border between Idaho and Montana.

Hi fotw,

I recently received a new Weber Bitterroot from you guys. It is a standard model. Just wanted to let you know it is outstanding! The tone is awesome, action great, and I am in awe every time I pick it up. It has the perfect sound to play about anything, but loud enough to be Bluegrass workhorse. I have played a lot of cheaper mandos over the years and I am really glad I moved up a few notches. This mandolin has made my playing/practicing a whole different experience. You guys were really great to work with on this purchase and really helpful.

Thanks, J. Ellis

Hello Mickey,

Sorry that I have not responded since I received my mando. Needless to say
it is incredible. I have had my hands on it ever since I got it two weeks
ago. In fact I'm putting it in the show next week on a song that I have
been performing all year except now it will have the sweet sounds of my
mando. I'm going to split some fills with Robert. He has been helping a
bunch and is very encouraging. Alan Bibey is going to start with lessons in
a couple of weeks. It sound awesome! Can't wait for you to hear it. I'll
send you a CD and a video as soon as we get it incorporated. I hope all is
well there. Please send a special thank you to Brian, Suzi, and Shelly for
all their help with getting the funds back to us. Everyone was a great help
and very polite. I can not express my gratitude for all you have done to
help me out. I just hope that I can repay the favor.

Greg
