I wish to take the time to thank you again, my Gold Tone MC-150R arrived safely yesterday... and I am so very happy with it! Thanks Mickey for convincing me to go up to it instead of the CC-100R. I feel that it is a great buy for the money...and it is plenty good enough for me to recall what I learned years ago... and to advance (I hope I can..!!) The video is O.K. ("You can teach yourself the Banjo") but.. it refers quite often to the "book" so I really think that I need the related book material for the tab that she so often refers to throughout the video. Do you have it in stock? If so I would like to get it also. I found Mickey's lessons so very helpful in getting my rolls re-established (thanks Mickey!) Also... I wasn't thinking... at the time of the order I should have had you install the Shubb capo. I guess I would like one of those too, if you have it in stock. (price?) They don't appear to "tough" to install (are they?) Well I gotta go... thanks for all your help! Rick Tallman Date: Wed, 22 Mar 2000 Hello Mickey: Just want to let you know that my Goldtone MC-150 got here today and all is in great shape. I tuned it right up and it sounds crisp, clear, and solid. It will be the banjo i cart around when I get with my friends elsewhere, or when I travel - nnine pounds is not bad! Thanks for your usual prompt, helpful, and excellent service. Great Job!! Dave |
