Testimonials: love your site- i purchased a goldtone OB-250 a few months ago from you and have played it every day since...it's got a great tone and i truly believe i'll be playing banjo for many years to come. thanks for your help, and thanks for taking the time to help others make music! Seth Fields Hey Mickey, my Goldtone arrived today and is a great sounding banjo. For the money, the craftsmanship, the finish, the play-ability, and overall satisfaction can't be beat. It has a little more punch on the 3 and 4 strings than my Stelling, a little thicker neck ( a little like the Golden Era ), the archtop case is a clone of the Deering case (an excellent case). The gold finish really enhances it. I really appreciate your letting me set this up with Wayne at Goldtone and then getting back to you with the details. My Boston was shipped out Monday and should be getting there soon. |
