It's priced at $759 List and it's made in America. It can be taken to the beach, back packing (weighs approx 4 lbs+), camping or left out beside the easy chair to play for pleasure. It can go any place you wouldn't take an expensive banjo. It's made of maple, both the neck and the rim. This resonator banjo, with tone ring, has sixteen hooks and uses a standard 11" head. Unlike most lower priced banjos the Goodtime comes with a quality geared fifth tuner, as well as geared guitar tuners. It's well designed construction keeps the price at a minimum, and it plays in tune all the way up the neck clear to the 22nd fret. This is a very nice, easy to play banjo with a nice tone and lots of volume when set up properly! I've had it for about a month or so now and "I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!!!" It's fits me very well, it's small and light and it sounds fabulous!
