We offer a full 100% lifetime Warranty covering manufacturer’s defects on every new instrument sold…that is for the life of the instrument to the original purchaser…this usually exceeds the warranty offered by the manufacturer (unless the manufacturer itself offers the lifetime warranty).
We offer a full 100% Set-Up Guarantee…we set up every instrument for ease of playability and include a comprehensive 9-point checklist with every instrument shipped which is individually signed by our in-house luthiers.
